Our machine learning development services cover custom models, MLOps pipelines and ML features that run inside the systems you already use. Senior engineers take each model from data audit to monitored release, so it never stalls as a notebook proof of concept.
Machine learning development services turn your historical data into models that predict, classify, rank or detect, then run those models inside live systems. The work spans data preparation, feature engineering, training and evaluation, deployment behind APIs, and the monitoring that catches drift once real-world data starts to shift.
✓ The rules keep breaking. Fraud patterns, demand swings and document layouts change faster than anyone can rewrite if-else logic. A model learns the pattern from outcomes and gets retrained as it moves.
✓ You have labeled history at volume. Thousands of past decisions with known outcomes (approved claims, churned accounts, failed parts) are the raw material for supervised learning. That history is often worth more than any new data you could buy.
✓ A small accuracy gain is worth real money. In credit risk, pricing or inventory, a few points of lift compound across millions of transactions. That is where a custom model earns its cost over an off-the-shelf API.
✓ The decision happens at a scale people can't match. Scoring every transaction in milliseconds, or every document in a queue of thousands, is work for a model. Your people then review the edge cases it flags.
> The logic fits on a whiteboard. If a dozen clear rules decide the outcome and auditors must trace each one, a rules engine is cheaper to build and easier to defend. Keep ML for the cases those rules can't reach.
> The task is mostly language. Summarizing, drafting and answering questions over documents usually work better with a foundation model plus retrieval than with a model you train yourself. Our generative AI consulting team scopes that route.
> Your data isn't ready yet. Siloed, unlabeled or inconsistent data produces confident wrong answers. Fix the pipeline first with data engineering and advanced analytics, then train. Sometimes a good dashboard answers the question outright.
Our machine learning consulting services start with the decision you want to improve, not the algorithm. A short discovery audits your data, sizes the business case and tells you plainly whether ML is worth it before anyone trains a model.
Our custom machine learning development services cover classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation and anomaly detection. We benchmark a simple baseline first, so every added layer of complexity has to prove measured lift on a holdout set.
Models that read documents, inspect images and score language. Think OCR plus extraction for forms and invoices, defect detection on production lines, and text classification for tickets and claims. We fine-tune proven architectures instead of training from zero.
Models get packaged, versioned and served behind APIs with CI/CD, a model registry and drift monitoring. Retraining runs on a schedule or a trigger, not on someone's laptop. Our MLOps and DataOps services run the full pipeline.
Our machine learning app development services put predictions where people work: your CRM, ERP, mobile app or claims system. That means low-latency APIs, batch scoring jobs, fallbacks when a model is unsure, and audit logs your compliance team can read.
AI/ML development services that add generative and agentic features to the software you already run: retrieval over your documents, extraction pipelines, and agents that call classic ML models where accuracy matters. See our agentic AI framework integration work.

The biggest cost in most ML projects is getting a model into production, not training it. A proof of concept on clean data is a short, contained piece of work. Production adds data pipelines, serving infrastructure, monitoring, retraining and integration with every system that consumes the predictions. Budget for run costs too: cloud compute for training and inference, plus engineering time to retrain as your data drifts.
There is no fixed number, but a supervised model often needs a few thousand labeled examples for each outcome it predicts, and more when that outcome is rare. Quality matters more than volume. You need consistent labels, enough history to cover seasonality, and data that looks like what the model will see in production. Where labels are scarce, fine-tuning a pre-trained model cuts the requirement sharply. A data audit early in the project shows if you have enough.
Enterprise ML projects typically take three to six months from data audit to a monitored model in production, and a proof of concept can often land in four to eight weeks. Data preparation usually takes the largest share of that time. Fine-tuning an existing model is faster than training one from scratch. For reference, Entrans delivered an AI evaluation engine with real-time proctoring and NLP scoring for a global edtech platform in four months.
AI is the umbrella term for systems that do work needing human judgment, machine learning is the part of AI that learns patterns from data, and generative AI is a branch of machine learning that creates new text, images or code. Tools like ChatGPT run on large language models, which are machine learning models trained on huge text collections. Most enterprises use both. Classic ML handles scoring and forecasting where accuracy is measurable, and generative AI handles language-heavy work.
Hire a machine learning consulting firm when you need production results within months and don't yet know which use cases will pay off. Build in-house once ML is core to your product and the roadmap is steady. Senior ML engineers are hard to hire and slow to ramp. A machine learning consulting company can prove the first use cases, set up MLOps, and hand over code and documentation your team owns. Many enterprises run a hybrid, where an AI/ML development company builds alongside internal staff and then steps back.
Tell us the shape of the problem. A senior engineer reads it and replies. You won't get a templated capability deck.
